If you believe content posted on Feelm infringes your copyright, please tell us using the details below. Once confirmed we suspend reproduction and transmission of that content without delay.

Recipient of suspension requests

Name: Kim Jeonghoon

Putting [Copyright] in the subject line helps us find it quickly.

What to include

Under Article 103 of the Korean Copyright Act and its Enforcement Decree, please include:

How we handle it

  1. Acknowledgement — we reply to confirm receipt.
  2. Suspension — we review within 24 hours and, where infringement is confirmed, immediately make the content private or delete it.
  3. Notice to the poster — we tell the user who uploaded it that it was taken down and why.
  4. Reinstatement request — the poster may ask for reinstatement by showing they hold the necessary rights; we then notify the complainant and proceed under applicable law.

Repeat infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright have uploading restricted or permanently suspended.

For reference — what Feelm holds

Feelm's servers do not store anyone else's video or audio files. What is on the servers is numeric information such as cut boundaries and durations, shooting guides the Operator produced, and videos that users recorded and uploaded themselves. A video's audio is referenced directly from the original by the user's device and does not pass through the Operator.

If you still consider something to be infringing, please tell us through the procedure above. We take it down first and check afterwards rather than argue.
