Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the mobile application Feelm (the "Service") provided by Kim Jeonghoon (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of users and the Operator.

Article 2 (What the Service does)

The Service analyzes the cut structure of a video to provide a shooting guide, and helps users record, edit and save their own video following that guide. The Operator does not provide or distribute anyone else's video or audio to users.

Article 3 (Videos the user brings in)

A user may point the Service at a video they want to use as a reference. In that case:

Article 4 (Content the user uploads)

When a user uploads content (a template) to the Service, that content must be video the user recorded themselves or has the right to upload. Someone else's video (including other people's reels downloaded from Instagram or elsewhere) may not be uploaded. Uploaded templates go public after review by the operator, who may decline or remove content that does not meet these conditions.

Uploading requires signing in with Apple or Kakao, and the user can delete the account inside the app at any time.

(1) Uploader's warranties. The user warrants the following about uploaded content:

(2) Contribution license. When a user uploads content publicly, they grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, play, store and transmit that content within the Service as a template example. This license is limited to operating the Service; the Operator does not sell the content to third parties or use it in advertising outside the Service.

(3) Ownership. Copyright in uploaded content remains with the user.

(4) Withdrawal. A user may make their content private or delete it at any time, and the Operator will take it down from the Service without delay. Copies already downloaded to other users' devices cannot be recalled.

(5) Creator rewards. The Operator may reward users who upload templates as follows.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

Article 6 (Reporting and enforcement)

Users can flag inappropriate content with the Report feature in the app, and can use Block to stop seeing a particular user's content.

The Operator reviews reports within 24 hours and immediately makes private or deletes content that violates these terms or the law. Users who violate them repeatedly may have uploading permanently restricted.

Article 7 (Copyright complaints)

Rights holders may request that reproduction and transmission be suspended under the Copyright Complaints procedure. The Operator takes the content down without delay upon receiving such a request.

Article 8 (Paid features)

Some features may be offered for a fee. Payment and refunds follow Apple App Store policy.

Article 9 (Limitation of liability)

The Operator is not responsible for the content of user uploads and acts under Article 6 upon receiving a report. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network failures.

Article 10 (Changes to these terms)

Changes are announced on this page and in the app 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
